Log a Support Request

Head over to: https://support.fpcmboro.org/

  1. Click Submit Ticket.
  2. Select the department that you wish to open the ticket in.
  3. Choose the status and priority of the ticket, add tags and if the ticket should be assigned to any operators (default assigned operators will load by default).
  4. Choose if you wish to add other email to user(s) use the CC field. 
  5. Add a Subject.
  6. Then be as descriptive as possible in the Message section. Any custom fields for this department can also be filled out.
  7. You can also add small Attachments if needed.
  8. Click "Submit", it should redirect to the ticket once it has been created successfully.
