Head over to: https://support.fpcmboro.org/
- Click Submit Ticket.
- Select the department that you wish to open the ticket in.
- Choose the status and priority of the ticket, add tags and if the ticket should be assigned to any operators (default assigned operators will load by default).
- Choose if you wish to add other email to user(s) use the CC field.
- Add a Subject.
- Then be as descriptive as possible in the Message section. Any custom fields for this department can also be filled out.
- You can also add small Attachments if needed.
- Click "Submit", it should redirect to the ticket once it has been created successfully.
